My bases are cast from expanding foam, it is similar in density to the standard upholstery foam used in a lot of suits. It is easy to carve with scissors or xacto knives. Pre-cut/carved bases are available as well with the 'Cut' options.
 
These bases are cast individually so their may be some minor cosmetic blemishes such as small air bubbles along the surface. They also have a thin skin like layer over the surface, this can be peeled away or left as is. This is normal and will not impact the final mask! Any bases with larger flaws will be posted to my clearance section and will be marked as 2nd quality.
 
When you receive your base and it is cut/prepped simply glue to a balaclava and it is good to go! Add foam or carve away to customize it or simply fur as is, it's up to you!

Lined bases include a fleece lined mouth, neoprene lined interior, and velcro for an adjustable tongue(not included). Sewn in elastic loops also included if fan holder is chosen as an option.

Hood fits up to a size 25" head, if you would like smaller please include the head size in inches in the note section of the order! 
 
Black luxe fleece is standard for mouth liners, please leave a note if youd like any other color! 
 
Please note: Example photos show white neoprene for the interior liner and the hood. Moving forward these will be made out of BLACK neoprene! (Had to use white for a few months due to supply chain issues until Black was available again)
